On February 21, 2008 we completed the Correctional Services Consolidation negotiations. The agreement will be finalized pending ratification at a Special Meeting to be held immediately prior to the monthly meeting on March 19, 2008 at the Watson Inn.  I believe as you review the agreement you will realize this is about as good an agreement we could expect to negotiate. In fact, it is very close to the counter proposal we offered the agency. If ratified this agreement will not go into effect until the start of the July, August, September quarter. At the conclusion of the negotiations Mr. Ey informed us Facilities would be the next department to be negotiated.
